Where do you ship the items?

We ship everywhere in Europe. In fact, about 1/2 of our customers are from overseas.

You can see the shipping costs in your cart order, when you select your country.

We combine shipping so if you purchase more than one item you'll get a discount on shipping charge. We do our best to offer low shipping costs. When you are ready to check out your shipping costs will be calculated for you before the purchase is complete.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Most of the items are handmade so this orders could take about  7-20 business days before sending the package because we need to work on your order.

Others  items like decorations are shipped within 3 business days of cleared paypal payment received.

Approximate shipping times:

5-7 business days in UK.

7-10 business days to get to most European countries.


Make payment securely through PayPal by using your credit card or your Paypal account. Paypal is safe, fast and easy to use. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

All private and confidential information is kept within Paypal so that only your payment is received, not your card details.

If I don´t receive my packet, will you resend it?

To present time we have NEVER had a case like this. Most items are shipped with the Registered Service and have a confirmation number, so you are able to track the shipping. If you would like to track your order please request it through email.

This is the safest option and it has a delivery confirmation, it means that if when the postman arrives to your home and there's nobody to sign the confirmation, the postman will leave a notice on your postbox and the packet will remain in your nearest Post Office until you pick it. To pick the packet up you have 7-15 days (including saturdays and sundays) to go to your nearest Post Office, and remember to bring the notice. In case nobody picks the packet up from the post office, it will be returned to us.

We will resend your order if it has been returned to us and it is still in good condition. If you gave us a wrong or incomplete address or forgot to go to the post office and item got returned you are going have to send us the payment again for the shipping costs if you want to receive your order.

We will resend your order for free if somehow it was our fault.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on pieces as we take great care to represent items fully with item descriptions and accurate photographs. Please double check before you buy and if there is anything you are unsure of don't hesitate to get in contact. If however, there is any error on our part or a piece reaches you faulty then please get in touch within 2 days to arrange a return. Items returned must be unworn and in their original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned. You will be refunded your purchase price, less shipping, and less a 15% restocking fee. If you exchange for another item, the shipping/handling fee and 15% restocking fee will not be imposed.
